The landmark in Dubai that has been advertised over and over again on all the Channels in the Malaysia’s local network called ASTRO has highlighted over and over again to us the uniqueness, the luxury and the amazement of their 7 star hotel! That’s right, the ONLY seven star hotel in the world!
The seven star hotel is known to as the majestic (the emphasis is mine) Burj Al Arab, the 7 star hotel represents a giant sail not to mention that it is also the tallest hotel in the world, all travelers, presidents, prime minister, singers and actors go to Dubai to pamper themselves in this luxurious hotel a wonderful innovation by the best engineers and innovators to tickle the buds of many people out there.
The best part about the Burj Al Arab is that they do their job adequately, so you shall not have a seizure when they do know your name. This is because they would have researched on their clientele so well. The Burj Al Arab is also great because they provide the facilities of personal assistant that will help and assist you through out their stay with them.
The Burj refers to itself as the world one and only 7 star hotel and they do truly deserve their title, this is because of their amazing innovation and unique presentation that replicates nothing but well-being and prosperity. Till another building can be something so spectacular and imaginative, in my mind and of many others the establishment of The Burj Al Arab, a class of its own stands tall and has been verified to be the world tallest hotel! It definitely deserves and applause for its window frame and its amazing ship sail design.
What attracts many people is that its limousine service is chauffeured driven by Rolls-Royce, so if you have been dreaming about the holiday package that has it all. Dubai would be the place where you go to pamper and treat yourself with the world’s most amazing invention and luxury.
The fact in this luxury 7 star hotel is that you will not be allowed in to admire its building unless you are a guest, which actually makes all those staying there know that they are safe and there will be no unwanted roamers around, especially if you want that private holiday this would be a great place for you to start and go to.
At night the hotel is hit by spot lights that make what is already so beautiful to be drop dead gorgeous, so what you can do is to just sit back and snap pictures of the amazing view that you can get only at Dubai.
The jewel of Dubai is also amazing as their top guests get to arrive with helicopters and be escorted into the hotel to be served with top class service!
This grand hotel is in the sea and is supported by steel pipes which make it plausible as its steel pipes are drilled into the seabed, some thing spectacular and distinct from many land hotels!
Entering into this 7 star hotel, you will think that you are in a lavish palace and picture yourself taking the throne, that’s the wonderful effect that the 7 star hotel will have against you. The lower floors are blue and as they go higher it changes to a shade of green, which is so unique and desirable!

Globally in the real estate world-buying property in Dubai is the most prestigious trend and perhaps many would say “it’s the latest fashion”. The mega developments in Dubai have claimed world wide fame and its phenomenal architectural advancement are recognized by several celebrities like the Beckham’s. It’s not to be forgotten the landmark and highlight of the world one and only seven star hotel.
Dubai is the country that fights vigorously for bigger and better opportunities, therefore the advancements in Dubai regarding real estate arena is commendable, and as below we would discuss procedure and the process to get real estate in Dubai
Buying real estate in Dubai would be wise for the reason that Dubai is today the leading trade center. There are million numbers of people who are interested in investing their money to buy property in Dubai mainly because of appealing policies of U.A.E government, which allows them to develop profitable ventures as well as from the past 20years it can be seen that Dubai has just been growing for the better, and never looking back.
The reasons above may not only be the only reason many people are wanting to invest in Dubai as there is no problem in buying property from Dubai as the government had made the policies very flexible, that makes foreigners more adaptable to such policies as there are no restrictions and the government do not intrude in any business dealings. These dealings are usually done verbally based on trust.
The chance to buy property is now possible people from the middle class family too. People consider it cheaper to invest their money in buying residential quarters as although Dubai is a country that keeps developing the real estate prices are still very much cheaper.
Purchasing properties in Dubai has always been profitable no matter if we wish to sell the property or rent later. Dubai is probably one of the best place where we can spend our holiday, if we have a property in Dubai. In fact, the luxury environment will continuous to look appealing for us, that is why this city is rightly named as the ‘City of gold’.
Dubai Property Buyer’s Guide explains the legal fees, legal procedures, purchase taxes and mortgage procedure.
Below are some procedures on investing property in Dubai, the prosperous future country.
Purchasing a property in Dubai is very simple especially if it is purchasing “Off Plan”. You don’t have to go through any legal process if the property that you intend to purchase is within the special zones created by the government. In fact, any property purchase must be done through the local government before the purchaser is allowed to sign the agreement.
(However we would always advise that you take legal advice with any Dubai property purchase, this is really just to ensure your own safety as at the end of the day you do not want to be cheated)
Dubai Property Purchase:
Unlike some other countries there is no need to obtain a registration number before a Dubai real estate purchase that is really a plus point for many investors. The fact that there are no legal or notary fees actually makes property purchase much cheaper.
Dubai Land Registration tax is 1.5%, which is paid to the government when the property transaction is completed and that’s it there is no other hidden charges!
Dubai Transfer Tax between 1-7% paid to developer on resale of contract before completion.
The Shariya law the banks will not permit you to buy your property via a mortgage! The way it works is as follows the Dubai bank will buy your chosen property for you and it will be given to you as a gift. So instead of paying off the mortgage, investors will have to pay back on a lease. When you think about it, it is actually worth is because you can purchase your property from the bank for 1 dirham at the end of the leaseback.

The most attractive location in Dubai is as a fact its 7 star hotel, which has been visited by singers, actors and even presidents/prime ministers and leaders from all over the world. The hotel is one that is so rich that it’s the only 7 star hotel in the world. Guests can be chauffeured in by a Rolls-Royce, and it just speaks luxury and although its rooms go for $1,600 a night during the off-season! It is still fully booked
Nevertheless Dubai has not stopped at what awed the Earth, Dubai has been developing and still is, here are some few examples.
Palm Islands
Dubai is partway through building a series of three intricate clusters of man-made islands designed to resemble palm trees, some 2,000 families already occupy many of the exclusive homes and condominiums that line the fronds of the palm tree. “Seventy-five different nationalities bought on the Palm,” says Chris O’Donnell, This really shows that only Dubai-ites buy the real estate but people all over the world are investing in this property.
The fact that it is a government based company that is developing the islands makes it so unique. He says that there are about 30 hotels with about 15,000 rooms are being designed to fit the needs of visitors. There is a dramatic 60-story luxury hotel and residence with a “sky lobby” suspended high above the ground. A monorail is being built out to the tip, where an Atlantis resort is nearly complete, with amazing eye catching scenery. The Cirque du Soleil will have its own theater under a 15-year deal, and the QE2 ocean liner will be berthed nearby, to make the adventure an exciting yet interesting one. That’s right, it’s really a beautiful picture when you read it in words that is for all the more reasons for you to go and invest in this beauty.
Dubailand
It’s almost easier to list what won’t be in this entertainment colossus, entertainment land where kids and adults can both go and will both have a fantastic time! Dubailand will have about a few theme parks, including ones from Six Flags, Universal Studios, DreamWorks Animation, Legoland, and Marvel Comics that’s right the options are just uncountable and the uniqueness soaring over and above the rest. Several Arab-themed parks are being planned, which includes the one inspired by the tales of 1001 Nights. Another will be stocked with 100 animal -electronic dinosaurs just for all the dinosaur lovers out there. (There were actually conversations between Dubai and George Lucas about building a Star Wars park.) All these developments make it so luring and fantastic and it’s only possible in Dubai to make it what the country is a “fantasy”.
What else can you actually ask for? A golf course created by Tiger Woods! How more amazing can golfing is when it’s created by the worlds best. Dubailand features more than half-dozen of golf courses which includes the first one being designed by Tiger Woods.
There will also be full-scale replicas of landmarks such as the Pyramids at Giza, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal and the Hanging Gardens of Babylon available. A Formula One racing theme park is due to be ready in 2009; and the world’s largest shopping mall. A related development called Bawadi will be a whole Las Vegas theme just to tickle the buds of excitement of Americans (minus the casinos), jammed with shops and a mixture of 51 hotels to select from. In all, there will be some 60,000 rooms (including, predictably, a hotel billed as the world’s largest).
It’s awesome because all this is found in just one country it’s akin to traveling around the whole world. Dubai is becoming practically the whole world in just a country with all its developments today.
